We have information that Joan Sensale passed away early Saturday morning. When we have additional information we will update the site.
About 4 million people can expect to receive their stimulus cash on the preloaded Visa cards, which are being sent in the mail in plain envelopes marked “Money Network Cardholder Services.” They differ from typical debit cards because they are not linked to bank accounts and instead just come preloaded with an individual’s allotted stimulus payment amount.
The debit cards, issued by the Treasury Department’s financial agent MetaBank, are being sent to some individuals instead of paper checks if they don’t have direct deposit information on file with the tax agency.
According to the IRS, the 4 million people who will receive their $1,200 economic impact payments on prepaid debit cards were determined by a part of the Treasury Department known as the Bureau of the Fiscal Service.
Users can activate their card and set up their four-digit PIN by calling 1.800.240.8100.You will be asked to confirm your identity by at least providing your name, address and Social Security number.
For cards with two names, only the primary cardholder – the first name listed – will be able to activate the card. IRS TO ISSUE CORONAVIRUS STIMULUS PAYMENTS ON PREPAID DEBIT CARD
Recipients can make purchases online or at retail locations where Visa is accepted. They can also get cash at in-network ATMs and transfer funds to their personal bank accounts.
In order to see how much is left on your card, you can check balances online, by phone or via mobile app.All of this can be done without incurring a fee.
If you use out-of-network ATMs, you will not be charged the first time – but each subsequent withdrawal will come with a $2.00 fee.International ATM withdrawals carry a $3.00 fee.Reissuing a card that is lost or stolen will cost you $7.50 – and priority shipping could tack on another $17.00.The first time you withdraw over-the-counter at a bank you won’t be charged, but subsequent cash withdrawals this way will cost $5.00 each.

Upon advice of Counsel and in accordance with Executive Order No. 147, the Board cannot at this time allow the use of our amenities (even just for socialization) other than the tennis courts As much as we appreciate the desire of some residents for more social interaction, the Board must adhere to the Governor’s guidelines and restrict the use of our communal facilities. This morning the Board met and explored with Counsel the possible use of the pool and veranda for social gatherings and were advised unequivocally that such gatherings were not permissible. The Board and Counsel will continue to meet and discuss reopening of our various amenities as the Governor modifies Executive Order No. 147.
Please note that this is a frequently changing and fluid environment and the Board and Management Office are evaluating our options on a continuous basis. We are equally anxious to open the amenities; however, we need to ensure that we are adhering to the specific provisions in the Governors Executive Orders for us to do so.
The Governor’s press conference today seemed encouraging and hopefully we can soon make a few incremental changes, especially with outdoor amenities.
We thank you for your continued patience and cooperation.
Sincerely,
Four Seasons at Wall

CARES Act lets you skip your 2020 distribution
Did you know that you can waive your 2020 required minimum distributions (RMDs) as a result of the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act that was enacted in March?
The RMD waiver was intended to help investors conserve their retirement assets in the wake of the coronavirus pandemic and the associated market volatility. However, we recognize that many clients rely on RMDs to meet their spending needs. If you haven’t taken your 2020 RMD, you can either skip it or proceed with distribution(s) to satisfy your personal circumstances.
If you prefer to keep your money invested, the CARES Act also offers added flexibility to “roll back” distributed RMDs to an IRA or employer-sponsored plan.
RMD waiver guidelines
The RMD waiver applies to both: • 2020 RMDs, including ones from IRAs, inherited IRAs, and employer-sponsored plans such as 401(k) plans. • 2019 RMDs due by April 1, 2020, for individuals who turned 70½ last year and didn’t take the RMD before January 1, 2020.
How do I reinvest (roll back) a distributed RMD?
If you’ve already taken RMDs in 2020, you may be able to roll them back to an IRA or employer-sponsored plan (if the plan permits). The IRS has extended the 60-day rollover deadline to July 15, 2020, for distributions, including RMDs, for which the 60-day rollover deadline would’ve fallen between April 1, 2020, and July 15, 2020. As a result of this extension, individuals who received an RMD between February 1, 2020, and May 15, 2020, likely have until July 15, 2020, to complete the rollover. If you took a January distribution, unfortunately it doesn’t fall within the extended rollover window. Keep in mind that: • Distributions from IRAs are also subject to 1 rollover per 365 days. You can find more information about rollover rules at irs.gov. • IRS rules do not permit distributions from inherited IRAs to be rolled over. • The IRS may issue additional rollover guidance in the future
