Connie White’s companion – Edward Dyjeczynski

Connie White’s companion, Edward “Ocean Eddie” Dyjeczynski, died on Tuesday July 11, 2017.

Mr. Dyjeczynski served his country in the US Army from 1958-1962. He was a member of the Manasquan VFW Post # 1838 and the Am Vets of Jersey City.

He is survived by his long-time companion Connie White, a sister Lorraine Valitutto, a nephew and a godson.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday July 15, 2017 at 10:30 AM at St. Martha’s RC Church in Pt. Pleasant. Burial will be private at the NJ Veterans Cemetery, Wrightstown. Donations may be made in his name to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.

Erwin Tepper’s daughter – Heidi Caroline DeAndrea

Erwin Tepper’s daughter, Heidi Caroline DeAndrea died on Friday July 7, 2017.

Mrs. DeAndrea is survived by her husband, William DeAndrea of Freehold Township, and 3 children. She was predeceased by her mother Sylvia Tepper. She is also survived by her father Erwin Tepper and 2 brothers.

A visitation will be at the Open Door Bible Baptist Church, 521 Lakewood-Farmingdale Road, Howell, NJ 07731 on Thursday, July 13, 2017 from noon-1:30 PM. Interment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery, Howell.

Elizabeth A. McCarthy

Elizabeth A. McCarthy, age 95, died on Friday, July 7, 2017. She moved into Four Seasons in 2000.

She served in the US Navy during WWII and toured with the WAVE Chorus as one of the original Ray Charles Singers.

Elizabeth was predeceased by her husband William B. McCarthy in 2008.
She was a mother to 9 children, and a loving grandmother to 16, and great grandmother to 13.
Visiting will be on Wednesday from 4-8 PM at O’Brien Funeral Home, 2028 Highway 35, Wall, NJ. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Thursday, 9:30 AM @ St. Mark’s Roman Catholic Church in Sea Girt.

Edward H. Schwallie – June 18, 2017

Edward H. Schwallie, age 84, passed away on Sunday June 18, 2017. Ed was known for his sense of humor, positive outlook, corny poetry, generosity, financial astuteness, strategic thinking and loving hear.

Ed served his country in Korea.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 63 years, Marge, and his children Edward, Jr. (Maureen), Jeanie (Michael O’Connor), Cathy Schwallie Farmer, Michael, Tom, and Chris (Michele). Ed is also survived by 11 grandchildren, and 3 great-grandchildren.

Family and friends are invited to a visitation on Monday, June 26, 2017 from 4 PM – 8 PM at Orender Family Home for Funerals, 2643 Old Bridge Road, Manasquan, NJ. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, June 27, 2017 at St. Martha’s in Point Pleasant, NJ @ 9:30 AM.

Lillian Riley, beloved wife and mother passed away on May 16, 2017.    Family and friends may at Orender Funeral Home, on Friday, May 19, 2017 between 4 PM and 8 PM.

A Mass will be celebrated at 9 AM on Saturday, May 20, 2017 at St. Martha’s Church, Herbertsville Road, in Point Pleasant Beach.

Edward Loud passed away on April 27, 2017.

Ed was predeceased by his wife, Joan.   He is survived by a son Edward (Ted) Loud of Washington, DC, a son Timothy (Adrienne) of Brooklyn, NY, daughter Elizabeth Loud-Hayward (Christopher) of Aberdeen, NJ, and 4 grandsons.

Ed was a member of the American Legion Post here at Four Seasons.

Visitation is Sunday, April 30 at Holmdel Funeral Home, 26 South Holmdel Road, Holmdel – between 2-3 PM and 7-9 PM.

Robert V. Talty – April 9, 2017

Robert V. Talty passed away on April 9, 2017 while visiting family in Lewes, Delaware.

He is survived by his wife of 66 years Joan, children Kathy Van Brunt, Robert C. Talty, and Michele Twyman.  He is also survived by 6 grandchildren.

Visitation will be Tuesday, April 18, from 2-3 and 7-9 at the O’Brien Funeral Home, 2028 Highway 35 at New Bedford Road, Wall, NJ.   A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, April 19, @ 10:30 AM at St. Catherine Church, 215 Essex Avenue, Spring Lake, NJ.  Committal will be private.

Donald A. Garetano, age 50, passed away on April 5, 2017

Donald A. Garetano, 50, son of Donald B. and Joan Garetano, passed away on April 5, 2017.

Donald is also survived by two devoted sisters, Donna Marie Maldero of Somerville, NJ, and Joan Jorgensen of Morganville, NJ.  He leaves behind his loving godson Christopher Michael Jorgensen and his loving brother-in-law Louis J. Maldero.
