There are 127 Ash trees in the Four Seasons. You may be following the news and know that there is an Emerald Ash Borer insect attacking ash trees.
We have been taking proactive and preventative action to safeguard our trees, however, the insect is in the surrounding areas.
Today, 4/19, Steve Chisholm of Aspen Tree Experts met with the Board members along with three G&I members, Susan D’Altrui, Lorrain Walsh, and Bobbie Swander. Mr. Chisholm reviewed some short and long term approaches to how best safeguard these important assets.
As we gather more information we will keep you updated.
There are 43 fire hydrants throughout the Four Seasons.
All the hydrants will be repainted this summer (June/July). We are looking for volunteers to assist. Wall Township will be supplying the paint (red).
There will be a sign-up list at tomorrow’s General Membership meeting if you would like to help out with this project.
