Billiards Tables Refurbished

33abdaf9-096e-4e9a-893f-ffb15d0b3b21All four tables in the billiards room have been completely refurbished and they offer a great playing surface to all residents interested in playing or even learning to play some pool.

Our men’s and women’s spring 2016 tournaments had over 20 players enjoying several games of straight pool during May and early June.  Congratulations to Sander Kelman the winner of the men’s tournament and Ann Square the winner of the women’s tournament.

We expect to schedule our next tournaments for both the men and women in the fall, tentatively mid or late September start.  We will post a notice on the timing of these tournaments.

Men’s Straight Pool Tournament

If you are interested in playing in the Men’s Straight Pool Tournament please fill in the sign-up sheet. Play will begin the week of April 25. The final match is expected the week of May 30.

Tournament rules will primarily remain the same except for scoring at the break shot. A copy of the rules will be available in the billiards room, top drawer of the bureau and included with the players match assignments.

There will be no fee for this tournament.

Women’s Straight Pool Tournament

If you are interested in playing in the Women’s Straight Pool Tournament, please fill in the sign-up sheet. Play will begin the week of April 25. The final match is expected the week of May 30. Tournament rules will be available in the billiards room, top drawer of the bureau and included with the players match assignments. Clinic / demo games will be played on Friday, April 22 starting at 2 PM.

There will be no fee for this tournament.
